Grameena Seva is currently hiring a field executive for their Know Your Customer (KYC) team. As a field executive, the candidate will be responsible for visiting customers in rural areas to collect and verify their personal and financial information, empowering rural communities.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers in rural sectors.
  • Ensure that all collected KYC information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Maintain secure and organized records of all customer interactions.
  • Travel within the assigned territory to meet with clients and prospects.
  • Meet established targets for number of sales and information collected.
  • Provide feedback to the sales team and management on market conditions and customer needs.
  • Stay updated on product enhancements and new service offerings.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in local languages.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability and willingness to work in rural areas and travel extensively as needed.
  • 12th Pass Preferred (Higher education is a plus).
  • Must have a valid driving license and access to a two-wheeler.
